- Personal & Company's bank statement for last 3 months with minimum Rs. 50000/- as closing balance in both personal and company's account as well.
- Hotel voucher directly from Vietnam
Business Visa :
- 1 Form
- 1 Photo
- forex endorsement USD 750 or copy of international credit card (front & back)
- Covering letter explaining the reason of travel
- Personal & Company's bank statement for last 3 months with minimum Rs. 50000/- as closing balance in both personal and company's account as well.
- INVITATION FAX in Vietnamese language from the Immigration department directly to the consulate and 1 to be submitted along with the case.
- Authorization has to come from Vietnam. (Fax copy would do.)

Rs. 2700/- ( single entry without approval fax from the ministry in Vietnam), Rs. 5000/- ( 6 months visa with approval fax from the ministry in Vietnam), Rs. 6850/- (1 year with approval fax from the ministry in Vietnam)
