Indian visitors intending to visit UAE must obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) through their sponsor in UAE. The sponsor should submit the passport details to the Immigration Directorate in UAE for the issue of this. Processing time required for the above formalities is about 8 UAE working days. Once issued, the visa is faxed to the passenger who will carry the same before boarding the flight.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR PRINCIPAL APPLICANT:

1.Holds valid visa or has travelled atleast once in past 5 years to any one of the following countries:-
U.S.A, Canada, U.K., Countries of European Union (Schengen), Switzerland, Russia, Australia,
New Zealand, Japan.OR

Has traveled atleast twice in past 5 years to any country other than Pakistan, Nepal, Sri Lanka,
Bangladesh, Afghanistan, Myanmar, Maldives and supported by proof of present income.
(Evidence of travel/ valid visa- Original and Photocopies of relevant pages of the passport). OR

1.Derives gross income from Business, Profession or Employment, of atleast Rs.2 Lakh per annum.( IT returns/Form No 16 for last 2 years reflecting the same. original + photocopy).

2.Holds long term deposits or similar investments aggregating Rs. 5 Lakhs, held for atleast for last 12 months (certificates confirming investments in fixed deposits/ long term investments original+ photocopy).“Investments in Co- operative Banks are not acceptable.”
