Invitation faxed directly to Italian consulate from the Swedish company & signed by the authorized signatory

Company’s bank statement for last 6months

Invitation faxed directly to Italian consulate from the Swedish company & signed by the authorized signatory

Income tax papers for last 3 years

Foreign exchange endorsement on the passport with original purchase receipt or

Credit card copy along with the statement of credit limit.

Overseas medical insurance with minimum Euro 30000 with the inclusion of a repatriation flight

Confirmed return air tickets

For participation in trade fairs in Sweden, evidence of the full payment of the stall must be submitted.

Fees :
Rs. 3960/- by demand draft favoring "Crest Concord Tours & Travels P Ltd" + VFS Rs.607/- in cash + cash Rs.200/- courier charges from Italian consulate to our office.
